Outlined below are just some of the benefits you may be entitled to as an employee.
Remuneration
You will be paid on a calendar month basis directly into a bank account of your choice. Salaries are paid in arrears on the last working day of each month.
Pension Scheme
The company operates a contracted-in money purchase pension scheme and employees are eligible to join this after one year's service. Contributions are to this scheme are made by both the employee and the company on a percentage-of-salary basis, such percentage to be at the company prevailing rate at time of joining.
Accor Bienvenue Card – Employee Discount Scheme
All team members with one year's service are entitled to receive the Accor Bienvenue Card which offers you and accompanying family members (spouse / civil partner and children) 50% discount on accommodation and breakfast at Accor Hotels worldwide (subject to availability).
Family Member Breaks
Accor Bienvenue card holders can book accommodation for their immediate family members (spouse / civil partner, children, parents, brothers and sisters) and take advantage of the 50% discount at Accor hotels in the UK and Ireland.
Expenses
Accor will reimburse employees for all approved reasonable expenses wholly and necessarily incurred in the course of their work.
Eye Tests
Certain individuals, due to the nature of their duties (ie regular VDU users) are entitled to periodic eye tests. Eye care vouchers are available from the Hotel Human Resources Department for this purpose.
Be Our Best Headhunter
If you introduce someone to us under the Accor Introduction Program and we hire them on a permanent contract, you earn a gross bonus of £150 after the person passes their three month probationary period.
Hotel Employee Bonus Scheme
All permanent employees will be invited to participate in an employee bonus scheme which provides you with the opportunity to earn up to 5% of your annual basic salary. Staff who join part-way through the bonus year (January to December) will be eligible for a pro-rata payment according to the number of full months worked in the bonus year. Bonus payout will normally be made in the following January.
Annual Holidays
The holiday year runs from 1st January to 31st December each year. If you join the company during the holiday year, you will accrue holidays and holiday pay at the rate of 20/52 days holiday for each week of service achieved prior to the holiday year end.
An additional days holiday per year is accrued for every additional full years service up to 25 days maximum.
Special and Compassionate Leave
Additional days leave may be taken in cases of Paternity Leave, Marriage / Civil Partnership, Moving House, Exam Study, Family Sickness or Family Bereavement.
