We offer a total of 32 meeting rooms, all with the latest communication technology - broadband internet in every room and ISDN/video conferencing available on request. Dedicated break-out areas offer spaces in which to relax or talk informally before, during and after the meeting. Water and soft drinks are provided and a wide range of other refreshments supplied to order.

Situated between the ground and first floor, the Mezzanine floor features 6 meeting rooms, an open space for use as a pre-function or break-out area and dedicated toilets. The purpose built meeting rooms offer flexibility of size and layout, accommodating anything from 2 to 150 delegates.

They can be booked individually or as a group of rooms and can be used in conjunction with events in the Chablis Suite or the Champagne Suite.

A 17 further individual conference rooms are located on the second floor, each of which can be adapted to different layouts. Each rooms features a break-out area and dedicated toilets. The Executive Boardroom features a large screen plasma TV and state of the art sound system.
