Private Dining & Banqueting
The Kitchen at Novotel London West in full service is an impressive thing. It's a masterful combination of efficiency and creativity and the end result is both spectacular and delicious. Coupled with friendly but focused service, the result is a superb private dining experience for up to 1200 people.

Executive Head Chef:
Roy Thompson
Executive Head Chef Roy Thompson joined Novotel London West in November 2010 having held previous Head Chef positions at a number of prestigious London properties including most recently at Hilton's Waldorf Hotel.
Thompson served his apprenticeship at the Dorchester Hotel before moving to France to further his culinary development and in 1997 was appointed President des Fetes of the Association Cullinaire Francaise.
Moving to a hotel of Novotel London West's size and profile represents the most significant challenge in my career to date and I'm thrilled to be here. A huge amount of time and money has been spent on developing the Food & Beverage operation here and it's now my job to take those developments to the next culinary level.![]()
