Executive Head Chef Kevin LevettExecutive Head Chef Kevin Levett joined Novotel London West in October 2007 and is proud to have overseen the development of the hotels extensive catering operation.

Levett previously worked as a Premier Sous Chef at Claridge's in Mayfair and Executive Sous Chef at the InterContinental London Park Lane, as well as holding a number of Executive Chef positions at high profile hotels in his native Australia.
