In January 2005 we opened the largest Asian food production unit built solely for banqueting purposes, an area measuring 20,000sqft. It is a state of the art facility, which has taken the quality of Asian food production to a superior level. Designed to eliminate technical food safety risks, the facility is equipped with the latest systems to monitor its HACCP food safety processes and regular audits are carried out, both internally and externally by auditors acting on behalf of client's, which not only includes hotels but also supermarket giant Tesco. We are working towards achieving EFFSIS and BRC standards and are HSQC approved.
