The Lounge Bar
Already the location of our popular early evening barbeques, the decked area outside the hotel’s Lounge Bar can now be reserved for private receptions.
What better way to spend an evening outdoors than by sipping Champagne and nibbling on canapés, safe in the knowledge that there’s an automated retractable roof available immediately above, should the weather turn!
Our extensive wine cellar and canapé selection is yours to choose from – or let us help you design a barbeque menu specific to your needs and budget. The Lounge Bar Terrace welcomes parties of up to 30 people and can be reserved for a period of up to four hours based on minimum spend.

The Artisan's Table
Novotel London West would like to invite you to enjoy the delights of Artisan Grill at our very own Chef’s Table located within the hotel’s main kitchen.
Our Executive Head Chef will consult with you and design a bespoke set menu for your event, or you’re welcome to choose on the day from the Artisan Grill a la carte menu.
The Artisan's Table welcomes parties of four to eight people, with three-course menus from £30.00 per person depending on selection and excluding drinks.

The Cognac Suite
Featuring a large outdoor terraced area, the newly refurbished Cognac Suite also has its own purpose-built bar, making it ideal for cocktail receptions or light buffets.
It can accommodate up to 120 people and provides the perfect combination of indoor comfort and outdoor light and space.

The Bourgogne Suite
For larger events you can combine the Cognac Suite and the adjoining Bourgogne Suite; the Cognac Suite being ideal for pre-dinner drinks with the Bourgogne Suite accommodating the main event.
Both are accessible from each other or via their own separate entrances. The Bourgogne Suite can accommodate up to 150 people for a sit-down dinner.
