Novotel London West appoints new Executive Head Chef,
Roy Thompson
Novotel London West General Manager, Michael Sloan, has today announced the appointment of Roy Thompson as Executive Head Chef.

Thompson served his apprenticeship at the Dorchester Hotel before moving to France to further his culinary development and in 1997 was appointed President des Fetes of the Association Cullinaire Francaise.
Commenting on his appointment Thompson said
Moving to a hotel of Novotel London West’s size and profile represents the most significant challenge in my career to date and I’m thrilled to be here. A huge amount of time and money has been spent on developing the Food & Beverage operation here and it’s now my job to take those developments to the next culinary level.
