We are delighted to introduce you to the latest and exciting additions to our Kitchen Team!
Executive Chef Michael Penn - Michael has worked for Accor Hotels for +17 years. He was responsible for 3 London Hotel openings, Novotel Tower Bridge, London Excel and more recently the flagship hotel Novotel London Canary Wharf in the capacity of Director of Food & Beverage. He has also worked at Pullman St Pancras as Exec Chef for 2 years. Before Accor, Michael worked overseas for nearly 10 years in destinations such as Greece, St Lucia, Philippines with Shangri La Hotels and Seoul Korea with Westin Hotels.
Artisan Sous Chef Jan Vhynalek – Jan originates from the Czech Republic where he worked in hotels in Prague. Jan moved to London in 2008 where he worked in restaurants in Leicester Square and Covent Garden. In 2012, Jan moved to Pullman St Pancras as Jnr Sous Chef for the Golden Arrow Restaurant. In 2014 due to his passion for food, customer service and ability to develop the team, Jan was promoted to Sous Chef where he created new menus and seasonal food offers. Jan also spent 1 month cross training in the Savoy Hotel London that belongs to the Accor group.
