Dear Mr. Sloan, I have had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel London West many times over the last ten years. I come back time and again because it is a wonderful hotel. For me, what makes it a great hotel is not just location, room size, and cleanliness but the staff as well. I have posted my thoughts and experiences of my visits on Trip Advisor and did so after my stay in January. I am writing to you because there are times when things are so good, nearly perfect, that it requires more than a simple electronic posting of an outstanding review. My stay in January was one of those times. Thank you! This was the best stay at the Novotel London West yet. The staff has always been professional, gracious, and helpful; however, during my visit in January they were beyond their usual high standards and I really, really appreciated it. Please pass on my thanks and gratitude to the entire staff - front desk, bar, housekeeping, and all of the others who work behind the scenes. I hope to make many more visits over the coming years.
