The Novotel West has been our annual venue for our Convention for many years. The Hotel provides ample room for our exhibition and seminars/ workshops  access to all areas is convenient with both escalators and lifts. There is a range of excellent meeting rooms  arranging from large to compact.  Both the Champagne suite and Chablis Suite provide excellent space for exhibition and award presentations. All anything you may need the space for we use the Chablis Suite for our print imaging competition.   The hotel staff have always been very obliging and helpful showing great courtesy to us at all times. This large hotel offers a considerable amount bedrooms all of which are comfortable with good facilities within. The Hotel bar and restaurant are of a high standard pleasant and comfort and a good place to relax and mingle with friends and colleagues.  Situated in Hammersmith the hotel is close to Hammersmith underground station where there are plenty of shops and cafes the hotel is on many buses route familiar to taxis. Hammersmith Underground station runs directly to Heathrow airport.  On the whole we would highly recommended this venue for your event of any size.

We have used the Novotel London West for several of our large conferences and exhibitions now and every time the event has been a great success. The on-site team are a pleasure to work with and are professional, friendly and extremely helpful from brief to event delivery. They go above and beyond to assist and ensure that our event runs smoothly and to the highest of standards.
