We have worked with the Novotel London West for many years and it is our go-to venue for any of our upcoming events. We consistently have a fantastic experience – the level of customer service is exceptional, and we have built a great partnership with the team. From Otto as our on-site manager who brings an amazing level of service and care to our events, to Emily as our MICE office manager who has been incredibly supportive and cooperative during the difficult periods of the past two years. The flexibility of the Champagne Suite in conjunction with the other space works perfectly for the varied specifications of our events, and the team collaborates efficiently with us to help accommodate any specific needs we may have. Areas such as the catering and accommodation are routinely given positive feedback from our delegates which is incredibly important for our customer experience.
