I just wanted to send an email to thank you both and the wider team for all your help in the booking, planning and delivery of the BOMSS ASM 2026.
I appreciated the clear and concise communication during the planning process, it was great to sit down with Andriana and Blazhe onsite before the event and go through everything, this really set the tone for the week and as an event manager reassured me that everything was in hand.
I do want to give particular thanks to Blazhe, he was absolutely great onsite, nothing was too much trouble and everything that we requested was done quickly and precisely. Its clear how dedicated he is, how much time he puts into the job and his experience shows. The whole team onsite was great, all of the serving staff and events team. Please pass on our thanks.
Additionally the food was great both during the day and for our gala dinner, again the service was impeccable.
We hope to be back to the venue in the future and I will certainly be recommending to clients and colleagues as the onsite experience in particular was one of the best we’ve experienced.
